All deposits and withdrawals on the platform are governed by the rules in this section. Users are required to read and understand these procedures before initiating any financial transactions.
Deposits
Funds must be deposited using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Available deposit methods for UK users may include:
- Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard);

All deposits are processed in GBP. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing period, depending on the method used.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed on your account. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The following conditions apply:
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform’s banking section;
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user before they are processed, after which the funds are returned to the account balance;
- The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Actual timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the requirements of the platform’s licensing authority, all users must complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed. You may be asked to provide:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence);
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
- Proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in withdrawal requests being held pending or the account being restricted until verification is complete.
Transaction Restrictions and Fees
The platform does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions. Credit card deposits are not accepted in accordance with UK Gambling Commission regulations.
Dormant Accounts
If your account remains inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, it may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may be applied to dormant accounts in line with the platform’s dormancy policy, details of which are available in the account terms.
